Booking Policy and Non-refundable policy before making your appointments.

NO appointment will be on our diary without booking fee being paid. If you arrive and your name is not in our diary, this is because you haven’t secured your appointment, hence you will not been seen.
ALL the patients will receive the below information, at the time of booking automatically.

JK Elite Aesthetics Clinic BOOKING POLICY

To secure your appointment we require:
Your full name
Contact number
Email

£50 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee per treatment.
This can be paid via Bank transfer or PayPal.

No appointments will be on the daily diary until a booking fee has been paid.

*If you are going to be late or need to rearrange, It is required 24 hours notice otherwise you will loss your deposit.

The address to arrive at on the day will be confirmed via text message once your booking fee is paid.

We have a strict no-children policy – if you are bringing children, YOU are responsible for them, They must behave as we will be handling sharps resulting in needle-stick injuries. We are not responsible or liable if this situation occurs.

Before your appointment

Avoid alcohol.
Avoid any medication which may cause bleeding (DO NOT stop any prescription medication without speaking to a medical professional).

On the day
Please arrive in a timely manner, your time slot includes time for numbing, a pre-treatment questionnaire, and questions – if you are unsure about any procedures and want a treatment plan going forward to target a specific problem please book a free consultation.

Aftercare
Apply plenty of ice will help your swelling. Anti-histamines and basic pain relief will help – avoid any ibuprofen/aspirin this will worsen any bruising. Avoid any heat, steam rooms, or saunas.
Avoid smoking for at least 24 hours.
Avoid Alcohol for at least 24 hours
Avoid any pets at home licking your face and wash your hands with soap and water after any contact with them.
Soap and water is the recommended technique for washing your hands prior to massaging or applying cream/balms.
